IPv6 Performance & Diagnostic Metrics
Co-developed the RFC 8250 PDM extension header using tc/eBPF, built its performance testbed and Prometheus exporter, and co-authored the IETF Internet-Draft.
Software Engineer II at RingCentral. My work covers distributed telephony systems, network infrastructure, eBPF, IPv6, and production tooling.
I work on systems software, networking, and production infrastructure.
At RingCentral, I develop distributed telephony systems handling more than a million calls a day. Previously, I operated university infrastructure at NITK, worked on eBPF networking features at Keploy, and shipped image tooling for Kindle Create at Amazon.
I graduated from NITK Surathkal with a B.Tech in Computer Science. Outside work, I maintain a WireGuard-connected homelab with several self-hosted services.
Co-developed the RFC 8250 PDM extension header using tc/eBPF, built its performance testbed and Prometheus exporter, and co-authored the IETF Internet-Draft.
Validated the full IPv6 path—from routing and DHCPv6 to VPN and container networking—then migrated production IRIS services to dual stack with minimal downtime.
Building resilient distributed telephony systems, production call-control features, fast integration-test infrastructure, and streaming call-classification models.
Operated infrastructure for 24,000+ users, implemented application failover, and built an observability stack for demanding peak-load events.
Co-developed deterministic time freezing and implemented container DNS redirection using tc/eBPF and bpf_redirect_neigh.
Delivered image-cropping in Kindle Create end to end, enabling more than 50,000 authors to preview, crop, and insert images.
